Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we want to make the return and exchange process as smooth as possible for you.

Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order.

We kindly ask that the returned item meet the following conditions:

  • It should be new, unworn, and in resealable condition.
  • Please keep all original packaging, warranty papers, and cases.

We provide a return label to make the process easy.

Once we receive and check the item, we will process your refund within 72 hours. It will go back to your current payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company will need a few days to process the transaction.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange eyeglasses, you also have 30 days from the delivery date.

The same conditions for returns apply:

  • It should be new, unworn, and in resealable condition.
  • Please keep all original packaging, warranty papers, and cases.

We provide a return label for exchanges as well.

How to Return or Exchange

To return or exchange an item, please:

  1. Contact us at info@classyeyewear.com.
  2. We'll email you a prepaid return label.
  3. Pack an item in its original packaging.
  4. Drop off the package at your nearest post office.

We offer FREE shipping returns and exchanges.
